Description

The Uniview UV-KIT114-B42W-B is a WiFi surveillance camera kit with 4 bullet 2 megapixel outdoor cameras with infrared night vision and a WiFi 4-channel recorder. The recorder has space for 1 hard drive. The set is completely Plug & Play and works with the free Uniview iOS and Android mobile app and software.

Camera options

The set comes with 4 cameras with a 2 megapixel sensor with a Full HD resolution of 1920x1080 pixels. The camera has a built-in automatic IR-cut filter, making it a real day/night camera. The cameras have infrared night vision with a maximum range of 30 meters and a fixed lens of 2.8 mm with a horizontal viewing angle of 101.1 degrees.

The Uniview IPC2122LB-AF28(40)WK-G camera has Digital Wide Dynamic Range (DWDR), which means the camera can handle complex lighting conditions very well due to, for example, backlight from the sun or car headlights. The cameras are suitable for outdoor use (IP67).

Images can be stored on a Network Video Recorder (NVR), among other things. The camera also has the option to record in the camera on a microSD memory card up to a maximum of 128 GB. The microSD is not included, but can be ordered under 'Options'. The cameras must be powered with the supplied 12V power supply. Different mounting brackets can also be ordered if necessary.

Capabilities Network Video Recorder

The Uniview UV-KIT114-B42W-B comes with the UV-NVR301-04LS3-W Network Video Recorder (NVR). The NVR has 4 channels. The NVR can connect up to 4 IP cameras and can be accessed via a web browser and with the free Uniview mobile apps for iOS and Android. The NVR is supplied with a power supply.

The Wi-Fi module in the NVR monitor automatically recognizes the cameras, making it a very easy set up. The maximum distance between the monitor and the cameras is in practice several tens of meters, but is always highly dependent on obstacles between the antennas or other disturbing factors.

Hard Drive

The NVR in the monitor supports a 2.5 inch hard drive of up to 6 terabytes. The set is supplied without a hard drive. We supply optional Western Digital hard drives that are specifically designed for 24/7 surveillance purposes. Look for hard drives under the 'Options' tab. The hard drive is easy to install yourself. If necessary, the service that WebStore4 pre-installs the hard drive can be ordered under 'Options'.

Plug & Play

The UV-KIT114-B42W-B cameras are easy to connect to the NVR, because the NVR has built-in Wi-Fi. After mounting the hard drive, the NVR can be connected to the network router with the supplied network cable. With the smartphone app you can control the NVR and view images in real time. The set can also be operated with a PC.

A free mobile app is available for Apple iOS and Android. The Dutch-language Uniview app can be used. Video Management Software (VMS) for a computer can be downloaded for free from the Uniview website. After installing the application, the user scans the QR code on the NVR and images can be managed immediately.
