Description

With the NetcamViewer Monitor you can display images from many brands and types of IP cameras on a TV or monitor. For example, the live camera image of the Dahua IP video intercom outside the station can also be viewed on the TV.

Possibilities

The NetcamViewer Monitor offers support for more than 600 known and unknown brands of IP cameras via brand and type selection or entering the settings of the specific stream of the IP camera. Only IP cameras with H.264 or MJPEG streams are supported. A link to the supported camera brands is included under the “Documentation” tab.

With an H.264 stream, a maximum resolution of 1080p (Full HD) on a full screen at 20 frames per second is possible. The maximum full screen display of (M)JPG streams is in lower frame rate. Images from the IP camera can also be displayed in sequence mode, whereby the images from multiple cameras are shown one after the other in full screen size. In addition, the images from a maximum of 4 or 9 IP cameras can be shown simultaneously. The NetcamViewer Monitor also supports sound from an IP camera with audio.

Configuration

This device can be configured from the browser via an intuitive interface from a PC, MAC, smartphone or tablet. The NetcamViewer Monitor is connected to the network via a network cable or an optional WiFi USB dongle. The NetcamViewer Monitor can be mounted behind a TV or monitor with VESA mounting using the VESA between bracket, which can be ordered separately. This bracket enables fixed mounting on a monitor, even if it is already attached to the wall or ceiling with a VESA bracket.

The NetcamViewer Monitor is connected to a TV or monitor with the included 1 meter HDMI cable or with an optional analogue cable set.

The NetcamViewer Monitor can be powered with the supplied adapter or via the 5V micro USB port.
