The Hikvision HWI-T641H-Z HiWatch is a Full HD 4MP turret with motorized varifocal lens, infrared night vision, 120dB WDR, PoE and is suitable for indoors or outdoors. The HWI-T641H-Z can record in-camera to a microSD card.

Possibilities

The Hikvision HWI-B640H-Z HiWatch displays images in a Full HD 2560×1440 resolution. The camera has a built-in automatic IR-cut filter, making it a real day/night camera. In dark conditions, the camera can switch on the built-in IR lighting, which provides a razor-sharp image even in complete darkness (0 Lux). The IR lighting has a range of 30 meters. The camera has 120 dB Wide Dynamic Range (WDR), which allows the camera to cope very well with complex lighting conditions due to, for example, backlight from the sun or car headlights.

The motorized varifocal lens from 2.8mm to 12mm has a horizontal angle of view of 92.8 to 29 degrees.

The Hikvision HWI-T641H-Z HiWatch features motion detection and privacy masking, among other things. Images can be stored on a Network Video Recorder (NVR), among other things. The camera has the option to record in the camera on a microSD memory card up to 128Gb.

Hikvision has a free mobile app available for Apple iOS and Android. The camera has an internal web server that can be viewed and managed using a web browser. The free Video Management Software (VMS) software can be downloaded from the Hikvision HiWatch website. A link to the manufacturer's product page is included under the "Documentation" tab.

The Hikvision HWI-T641H-Z HiWatch has an IP67 rating, making the camera ideal for outdoor use. The camera housing is made of metal and plastic. For ease of installation, the camera can be powered via the network cable with Power over Ethernet (standard 802.3af POE). PoE can be obtained through a PoE NVR, a PoE switch or with a PoE injector. The camera can also be powered with an optional 12VDC power adapter. Under the “Options” tab you can indicate whether an adapter should be included. Suitable Hikvision mounting brackets are available under the “Options” tab.
