Possibilities

The Hikvision DS-2CV2121G2-IDW displays images in a Full HD 1920×1080 resolution. The camera has a built-in automatic IR-cut filter, making it a real day/night camera. In dark conditions, the camera can switch on the built-in IR lighting, which provides a razor-sharp image even in complete darkness (0 Lux). The IR lighting has a range of 30 meters. The camera has 120 dB Wide Dynamic Range (WDR), which allows the camera to handle complex lighting conditions very well, due to, for example, backlight from the sun or car headlights.

With the fixed vocal lens it is 2.8 mm and has a horizontal angle of view of 111 degrees. The Hikvision DS-2CV2121G2-IDW has WI-FI (Wi-Fi IEEE802.11b/g/n), so the camera can also be used remotely at distances of up to 120 meters. The camera also has a built-in microphone and speaker.

The Hikvision DS-2CV2121G2-IDW has, among other things, motion detection and privacy masking. Images can be stored on a Network Video Recorder (NVR), among other things. The camera also has the option to record in the camera on a microSD memory card up to a maximum of 256Gb.

Hikvision has a free mobile app available for Apple iOS and Android. The camera has an internal web server that can be viewed and managed using a web browser.
