The YLI YM-280N(LED)-DS is a high-quality electromagnetic lock that can be mounted as an adhesive magnet on or in a door frame, for example. As soon as the power to the lock is lost, the door is not locked (fail safe).

Possibilities

The YLI YM-280N(LED) is suitable for use with access control systems such as intercom and card readers. The YLI YM-280N(LED) is usually mounted in or on the frame to keep a door closed. The lock can also be mounted on a wall to allow doors to remain open unless the power is interrupted. With a self-closing/door closer on the door, the door closes as soon as the power fails, for example in the event of a fire alarm or after closing time of a building.

The lock has a red/green LED to indicate the status of the lock and the lock has a door and lock status sensor. The lock has no mechanically moving parts and therefore has a very long lifespan.

The YLI YM-280N(LED)-DS has an adhesive force of 280KG and can be powered with 12 or 24VDC. Power supply is not included. Various power supplies are listed under the “Options” tab. The YLI YM-280N(LED)-DS is supplied with a flat anchor plate with plastic holder. Various profiles for the anchor plate are available for suitable mounting. These profiles are included under the “Options” tab and can be ordered. We recommend that you consult the data sheet, which is included under the “Documentation” tab, for the correct application and, if necessary, for the selection of a suitable profile for the anchor plate.
