Shipping and delivery

Postage costs
We ship worldwide. We fully cover the costs of shipping within the Netherlands and to Belgium and Germany when the order amount is above €35. The mentioned shipping applies to orders up to 30kg. We ship with signature upon receipt and delivery to the specified address only. Orders placed to the same delivery address will be shipped jointly by us.

For shipping to other countries, we ask you for a contribution to the shipping costs. If you would like an estimate of the shipping costs, you can place the desired products in your shopping cart. By clicking on “view” in your shopping cart you will be taken to the shopping cart page. On this page you can calculate and possibly choose the shipping options and price based on your address. You can also choose a shipping method during checkout.

Delivery times
We provide the product with an indication of working days in which we will ship after the day the order was placed. Within the Netherlands and Belgium, in most cases the order is delivered to the delivery address the next day. Delivery times outside the Netherlands and Belgium are usually longer and differ per country. We will execute every accepted order within 30 days at the latest, unless a longer delivery period has been agreed.

If multiple products are ordered, we will ship as soon as the order is complete.

If available, we will email you the carrier's track & trace code so that you can track the shipment online.

To take off
You can also indicate during checkout that you wish to collect your order at our location. You can then pay for your order in advance with any payment method. You can also pay for your order in cash when you collect it. Cash payment must be correct. The order can only be picked up by appointment. No costs are charged for the option of collection on location.

Returns
Return shipping must always be paid by yourself, even in the event of cancellation. You also bear the risk of the return shipment.
