To return products for, for example, an investigation into a defect or for repairs, you can submit a return request (RMA) using the online form below. It is important to provide a clear description of the defect. We will contact you about your request. If you can return, you will receive instructions from us on how products can be returned. The method of return may differ per product. It is therefore important to wait for our instructions before returning the product.
Products that can be configured with your own login details and settings must be returned before being returned restored to factory settings. If the product is returned with your own login details (username and/or password) or with a link to your own account or mobile app, we can no longer access the product and a (complete) depreciation will occur in the event of a revocation. Any second investigation required by the customer because login details are only provided after the first investigation, an account is disconnected or we are asked to carry out a reset procedure via the manufacturer, will be charged by us at our standard hourly rate plus any costs. charged by the supplier.
If you suspect that a product is defective, we can examine the product for you. If our investigation shows that there is a defect, the product will be sent to the supplier for further investigation and to determine whether the defect is covered by the warranty. If there is a warranty, the product will of course be repaired or replaced free of charge. If there is no warranty, you will be contacted about further processing. If our investigation shows that the product does not exhibit the defect suspected by the customer and functions completely properly, we are forced to rate for IT work to charge for the unnecessary research carried out.
All returns must be properly packaged. An outer box (parcel box) and suitable padding materials must be used. If reusable, the outer box and filling material in which the product was delivered can be used. The return shipment must have sufficient postage. The costs and risk of return shipment are at your expense (carry-in guarantee).

After completing the form below, you will receive an email from WebStore4 with information whether the return is accepted and clear instructions for returning the product. Returns without authorization or return number will not be accepted.
