Possibilities

The Hikvision HWI-B149HA HiWatch displays images in a Full HD 2560×1440 resolution. The camera has a built-in automatic IR-cut filter, making it a real day/night camera. In dark conditions, the camera can switch on the built-in white LED lighting, providing a color image even in darkness. The IR and white LED lighting has a range of 30 meters. The camera has digital Wide Dynamic Range (WDR).

The 2.8mm lens has a horizontal angle of view of 104 degrees. The security camera from the HiWatch series features, among other things, privacy masking and the most modern technology for motion detection, also called Motion Detection 2.0. This makes the camera able to distinguish between humans and animals. In addition, false alarms are also minimized by this technology.

Images can be stored on a Network Video Recorder (NVR), among other things. The camera has not about the possibility of recording in the camera on a microSD memory card. Hikvision has a free mobile app available for Apple iOS and Android. The camera has an internal web server that can be viewed and managed using a web browser.
