Hikvision DS-PDP15P-EG2-WE-B is the black version of the Hikvision DS-PDP15P-EG2-WE and is part of the Hikvision AX PRO security system. Hikvision AX PRO is a wireless burglary, smart home and video verification system from Hikvision suitable for both homes and commercial buildings. The AX PRO alarm system consists of a central alarm hub with a wide choice of detectors and other accessories, such as smart plugs, repeaters, control panels, card readers, siren and a power module.

The AX PRO system works very easily with the Hik-Connect app for end users, which is also used for other Hikvision products such as IP cameras. This way, as a customer, you can manage all Hikvision products in one application.

Possibilities

The Hikvision DS-PDP15P-EG2-WE-B is a black passive wireless PIR detector for indoors with a maximum range of fifteen meters and a horizontal detection angle of 85.9 degrees. The motion detector monitors an entire room and immediately sends a signal to the central unit of the Hikvision AX PRO alarm system when people move. This immediately results in a notification in the application and, if necessary, activation of the connected control room, sirens or other security equipment.
The motion detector must be mounted within a distance of 1600 meters from the control panel of the Hikvision AX PRO alarm system.

To reduce false alarms as much as possible, the Hikvision DS-PDPC12PF-EG2-WE has adjustable sensitivity and detection range of the PIR detector. In addition, the motion detector recognizes pets up to 30 kilograms. The motion detector is often used in business premises, shops, museums or homes and is placed on the wall or ceiling. This can be done with a possible bracket. The corresponding bracket can be ordered under 'Options'.

The device runs on a supplied CR123A battery. The battery has an estimated lifespan of five years and is easy to replace.
