Description

The Hikvision DS-2DE4225IW-DE(T5) is a Full HD 2MP PTZ with 25x optical zoom, 16x digital zoom, 100m IR night vision, PoE power supply and has the option to record on a microSD (not included). The camera has 120dB WDR and is suitable for outdoor use. The camera can tilt, rotate and zoom (Pan/Tilt/Zoom).

Possibilities

The Hikvision DS-2DE4225IW-DE(T5) displays images in a Full HD 1920×1080 resolution. The camera has a built-in automatic IR-cut filter and has Darkfighter IR technology, making it a real day/night camera. In dark conditions, the camera can switch on the built-in IR lighting, which provides a razor-sharp image even in complete darkness (0 Lux). The IR lighting has a range of 100 meters. The camera has 120 dB Wide Dynamic Range (WDR), which allows the camera to cope very well with complex lighting conditions due to, for example, backlight from the sun or car headlights.

The motorized 4.8 to 120mm varifocal lens makes it possible to zoom the camera in and out with a horizontal angle of view between 57.6 and 2.5 degrees. The camera has 25x optical zoom and 16x digital zoom. The camera can rotate 360 degrees endlessly and can tilt between -15 ~ 90 degrees with an auto flip function. The rotation and tilt speed is 80 degrees per second. The camera has preset, auto pattern, auto patrol and auto pan functions.

The Hikvision DS-2DE4225IW-DE(T5) has an Intelligent Video System (IVS) that enables smart detection such as Tripwire, Unattended Baggage Detection, Object Removal Detection and Intrusion detection. Images can be stored on a Network Video Recorder (NVR), among other things. The camera also has the option to record in the camera on a microSD memory card up to a maximum of 256Gb.

Hikvision has a free mobile app available for Apple iOS and Android. The camera has an internal web server that can be viewed and managed using a web browser. The Hikvision DS-2DE4225IW-DE(T5) has an IP66 rating, making the camera ideal for outdoor use. The housing of the camera is made of metal. For ease of installation, the camera can be powered via the network cable with Power over Ethernet (standard 802.3at POE+). PoE can be obtained through a PoE NVR, a PoE switch or with a PoE injector. The camera can also be powered with a 12VDC power adapter with power cord. The camera is supplied without a mounting bracket.
