Description

The Dahua VTO2211G-WP is a wireless WiFi intercom outdoor station doorbell with a Mifare card reader for operating an electric door lock. The outdoor station can be used with the free Dahua DMSS mobile app so that an audio/video call can be made anywhere in the world. A Dahua indoor intercom monitor can be used. The Dahua VTO2211G-WP has SIP firmware.

Possibilities

The outdoor station has a 2 megapixel Full HD camera with a horizontal viewing angle of 125 degrees and is equipped with infrared lighting and an ICR infrared filter for good visibility in the dark. The VTO2211G-WP has 120dB Wide Dynamic Range so that there is a usable image, for example in backlight. The Dahua VTO2211G-WP is made of durable plastic and has an IP65 rating for outdoor use. Naturally, the VTO2211G-WP has a sensitive omnidirectional microphone and a speaker for a clear conversation.

In addition to use with the mobile app, the VTO2211G-WP can be used with one or more Dahua intercom indoor monitors. As soon as the call button is pressed, the outdoor station sends a direct push notification to the smartphone and causes an indoor monitor to ring. Live images can be viewed at any time with the app or an indoor monitor.

The outdoor station has a built-in relay that can be wired to an electric door lock to unlock a door remotely or through a Mifare card on the outdoor station. Under the 'Options' tab you will find suitable Mifare tags and Mifare cards. An external RS485 relay (Dahua DEE1010B), available separately, can be connected to unlock a second door or, for example, a gate. The DEE1010B relay can also be used as a single relay and placed in the building for extra safety. There is the option to connect an exit button to the outdoor station to unlock a door to go outside.

The outdoor station can be configured and managed in the built-in web interface via a browser on a Windows PC or Mac. The VTO2211G-WP works together with the free smartPSS Dahua Video Management Software (VMS). The VTO2211G-WP cannot accommodate a microSD. Recording of snapshots and audio/video messages can be done in an intercom within monitor with a microSD card. The images from the camera can be recorded on a Network Video Recorder (NVR).

Edit

The Dahua VTO2211G-WP can be powered with a not included 12VDC adapter or with Power over Ethernet (PoE 802.3af). A suitable 12VDC adapter can be ordered under the “Options” tab. For ease of installation, we recommend ordering a DC connector (female). This DC connector can be found under the “Related” tab. A suitable PoE injector is also listed under the “Options” tab. The Dahua VTO2211G-WP cannot be connected to the Dahua VTNS1060A intercom switch or to an NVR PoE output.
