Description

The Dahua IPC-HFW5541E-Z5E is a Full HD 5 megapixel bullet Starlight Lite AI camera with a very light-sensitive image sensor and no less than 120 meters of infrared night vision, 120db WDR, PoE power supply and microSD recording for indoors or outdoors. The camera has Artificial intelligence techniques for improving image quality and smart techniques such as Perimeter protection, Face Detection, Smart Sound Detection and People scouting.

The camera belongs to the Dahua Lite AI series with an Artificial Intelligence chip for support for intelligent functions such as perimeter security and Smart Motion Detection Plus (SMD Plus). SMD ensures reliable motion detection by filtering objects. False alarms caused by pets, leaves, light and other disturbing objects are thus minimized. The advanced Al also supports fast searching from recorded video as it is able to extract and classify people and vehicles from large amounts of video data.

De Dahua IPC-HFW5241E-ZE geeft beelden weer in een Full HD 1920×1080 resolutie. De camera beschikt over een gemotoriseerde varifocale lens van 2.7-13.5 MM. Door de zeer lichtgevoelige beeldsensor levert de camera met een minimum aan omgevingslicht nog bruikbaar kleurenbeeld, zelfs bij bijna volledige duisternis (0.0007 lux).

De camera heeft een ingebouwd automatisch dag/nacht IR-cut filter en kan in donkere omstandigheden ook de ingebouwde IR verlichting inschakelen waardoor er zelfs in volledige duisternis (0 Lux) een haarscherp beeld is. De IR verlichting heeft een groot bereik van 60 meter. De camera beschikt over 120dB Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) waardoor de camera zeer goed kan omgaan met complexe lichtomstandigheden als gevolg van bijvoorbeeld tegenlicht van de zon of auto koplampen.

The security camera is equipped with various smart functions. For example, the Dahua IPC-HFW5541E-Z5E has Perimeter Protection, Face Detection, Smart Sound Detection, People Couting and Video Metadata. With Perimeter Protection, the camera sees the difference between people and animals, which minimizes false alarms. By using Face Detection it is possible to capture and track faces. The Smart Sound Detection works in the camera as smart hearing that ensures that the camera can identify, for example, the sound of people shouting or breaking glass.

Met de functie People Couting  kan deze camera ook gebruikt worden om een stukje toegangscontrole over te nemen. Zo kan er bijgehouden worden wanneer mensen binnen komen en wanneer ze weer vertrekken. Dat maakt een mooie combinatie met de Face Detection in deze camera. Met de slimme technologie van Video Metadata kan de beveiligingscamera voertuigen en mensen detecteren in de opgeslagen beelden. In combinatie met de AI-powered image technologie maakt de camera direct scherpe beelden met AI technologie.

Beelden kunnen onder meer worden opgeslagen op een Netwerk Video Recorder (NVR). De camera beschikt ook over de mogelijkheid om in de camera op te nemen op een microSD geheugenkaart tot maximaal 512Gb (niet meegeleverd). Geschikte SD-kaarten zijn opgenomen onder ‘Opties’.

Dahua has a free Dutch app available for Apple iOS and Android. The camera has an internal web server that can be viewed and managed using a web browser. Video Management Software (VMS) for a computer can be downloaded for free from the Dahua website. The 'Documentation' tab includes a link to the manufacturer's product page.

The Dahua IPC-HFW5541E-Z5E has an IP67 rating, making the camera ideal for outdoor use. For ease of installation, the camera can be powered via the network cable with Power over Ethernet (standard 802.3af P0E). PoE can be obtained through a PoE NVR, a PoE switch or with a PoE injector. The camera can also be powered with an optional 12V power adapter. Under the 'Options' tab you can indicate whether an adapter and/or Dahua mounting bracket should be included. The security camera is also vandal-resistant with class IK10.
