Description

The Dahua IPC-HDW4831EM-ASE is a 4K Ultra HD 8 megapixel eyeball camera with ePOE, IR night vision, built-in microphone, SD card slot and 120dB WDR for indoors or outdoors. The camera has ePOE, which allows for a much longer network cable length. Furthermore, the camera has the latest H.265 encoding protocol for very efficient use of network bandwidth and storage space for images.

Possibilities

De IPC-HDW4831EM-ASE geeft beelden weer in een 4K Ultra HD 3840×2160 resolutie. In zeer donkere omstandigheden kan de camera ook de ingebouwde IR verlichting inschakelen waardoor zelfs beelden in volledige duisternis (0 Lux) kunnen worden bekeken. De IR verlichting heeft een bereik van maar liefst 50 meter. De camera heeft een ingebouwd automatisch IR-cut filter en is daarmee een echte dag/nacht camera.
De camera beschikt over 120 dB Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) waardoor de camera zeer goed kan omgaan met complexe lichtomstandigheden als gevolg van bijvoorbeeld tegenlicht van de zon of auto koplampen. De camera heeft een vaste lens van 2.8mm met een horizontale beeldhoek van 112 graden.

The IPC-HDW4831EM-ASE has Intelligent Video System (IVS) that allows smart detection such as Tripwire, Intrusion, Missing/Abandoned object. Face detection is optionally possible.

Images can be stored on a Network Video Recorder (NVR), among other things. The camera also has the option to record in the camera on a microSD memory card up to a maximum of 128 GB. The camera has a built-in microphone.

Dahua has a free Dutch app available for Apple iOS and Android. The camera has an internal web server that can be viewed and managed using a web browser. Video Management Software (VMS) for a computer can be downloaded for free from the Dahua website. The “Documentation” tab includes a link to the manufacturer's product page.

De IPC-HDW4831EM-ASE heeft een IP67 rating waardoor de camera uitermate geschikt is voor gebruik buiten. Voor installatiegemak kan de camera via de netwerkkabel worden gevoed met Power over Ethernet (standaard 802.3af POE). PoE kan worden verkregen door een PoE NVR, een PoE switch of met een PoE injector. De camera kan ook worden gevoed met een optionele 12V voeding adapter.

Onder het tabblad “Opties” kan worden aangegeven of een adapter moet worden meegeleverd. Onder het tabblad “Opties” staan ook de geschikte Dahua montagebeugels. De camera is verstelbaar over 3 assen en daardoor ook zeer geschikt om verticaal tegen een wand te plaatsen.

ePOE technology

The camera has ePOE, which allows for a much longer network cable length than the standard 100 meters for IP networks. The maximum distance from an ePOE camera to an ePOE switch or ePOE NVR for data and power is 800 meters (800m @ 10Mbps, 13W or 300m @ 100Mbps, 25.4W). The ePOE system is also perfect for migration from analog to IP: IP video, audio, control and power (4 in 1) over coaxial cable with the LR1002 ePoE to BNC adapter. The ePOE technology enables more flexible monitoring system design, improves reliability and saves construction and wiring costs.
