Description

The Dahua IPC-HDBW2531R-ZS-S2 is a Full HD 5MP Starlight outdoor dome camera with IR night vision, motorized varifocal lens, vandal-resistant, 120dB WDR and microSD recording. The camera must be used with the Dahua SmartPSS and Toolbox software and the Dahua DMSS app.

Possibilities

The Dahua IPC-HDBW2531R-ZS-S2 displays images in a Full HD 2592×1944 resolution. The camera has a built-in automatic IR-cut filter, making it a real day/night camera. The camera has Dahua Starlight Technology, making it ideal for applications with challenging lighting conditions. Thanks to the highly light-sensitive image sensor, the camera still delivers a usable color image with a minimum of ambient light, even in almost complete darkness (0.008 lux). The camera has a motorized varifocal lens.

Images can be stored on a Network Video Recorder (NVR), among other things. The camera also has the option to record in the camera on a microSD memory card up to a maximum of 256Gb.

Dahua has a free Dutch app available for Apple iOS and Android. The camera has an internal web server that can be viewed and managed using a web browser. Video Management Software (VMS) for a computer can be downloaded for free from the Dahua website. The “Documentation” tab includes a link to the manufacturer's product page.

The Dahua IPC-HDBW2531R-ZS-S2 has an IP67 rating, making the camera ideal for outdoor use. For ease of installation, the camera can be powered via the network cable with Power over Ethernet (standard 802.3af POE). PoE can be obtained through a PoE NVR, a PoE switch or with a PoE injector. The camera can also be powered with an optional 12VDC power adapter. The camera is adjustable over 3 axes and therefore very suitable for placing vertically against a wall. The camera is IK10 vandal resistant.
