Pay

We try to make payments at WebStore4 as quick and easy as possible for our customers. Our payment methods are:

iDEAL
In the Netherlands, iDEAL is the most used payment method for online purchases. You can choose iDEAL during checkout and immediately choose your own bank. You will then be redirected to the secure and familiar banking environment of your own bank. We do not charge payment costs for paying with iDEAL.

Postpay
With us you can also pay in full afterwards. Also as a business customer. You will then receive the products before you have to pay. We use the services of Billink BV for Post-Payment

You can choose Pay afterwards during checkout in step 5. In step 6 you will then be asked to enter your gender and date of birth and confirm the purchase. An immediate check of your data is then carried out and it is indicated within a few seconds whether this payment method has been accepted. After acceptance, you will receive a digital invoice from Billink BV with a payment term of 14 days. If Post-payment is unexpectedly not accepted, you can pay for your order with one of the other payment methods.

Consumers and business customers from the Netherlands can pay up to a maximum of €750.00 online afterwards. Business customers from Belgium can also pay online afterwards up to a maximum of € 750.00. Belgian consumers can pay up to a maximum of € 150.00 afterwards. If you order for business purposes, always check the information entered from the Chamber of Commerce in combination with the VAT number provided and the billing address information entered. Billink checks this combination and if one of the details does not match the details provided at the Chamber of Commerce, your transaction will be rejected by Billink.

Als u als zakelijke klant uit Nederland of België voor een hoger bedrag wilt bestellen en achteraf wilt betalen dan kan dat ook. In dat geval kunt u online bestellen met als betaalmethode ‘Betaling per factuur’ en in het opmerkingenveld aangeven dat u op factuur wilt betalen. Wij voeren dat een krediettoets uit voor de acceptatie van de betaling op factuur. Het maximum per bestelling is dan €5.000,00.

Post-payment is only possible if you are located in the Netherlands and cannot be used for services and subscriptions. A gift voucher can be paid for with Postpay.

You will receive a reminder if your payment is not received within 14 days. Please note that additional costs may apply if a reminder needs to be sent. If payment is not made after this reminder, Billink will use the services of a collection agency and/or bailiff to collect the bill. This can lead to high costs for you.

We do not pass on the payment costs for Postpay to our customers. So you can pay an invoice after receiving the order without additional costs. 

Cash on delivery
PostNL has stopped offering cash on delivery shipping and payment as of 01-01-2020. We therefore no longer offer this payment method.     

Bank transfer
You can also pay for your order in advance by bank transfer. You can indicate this in step 5 during checkout. You will then see the payment instructions in step 6. You will also find this payment instruction in the order confirmation that you receive by e-mail. If you have created an account, the order details with payment instructions are also available in your account environment on our website.

You must transfer the total amount of the order within 8 working days in Euros and stating the order number to our bank account at ING.

We do not charge payment costs for paying by bank transfer from a country within the SEPA zone (including the EU). If a bank transfer comes from a country that is not part of the SEPA zone, the transfer must be made with Shared Charges (SHA) and we will charge € 6.00 payment costs.

As soon as we have received your full payment, we will send you an email and we will process your order. You must take into account that a bank transfer takes several days. 

Cash or Payment request upon collection
If you want to collect your order, you can also choose to pay in cash or with a Payment Request in addition to the other payment methods.  

When paying for your order, you can enter any desired delivery address in step 3 and then indicate in step 4 that you wish to collect your order at our location. In step 5 you can then choose cash or payment request payment. As soon as you have placed your order in our online store, we will contact you about your order. The order can only be picked up by appointment. Cash payment must be correct. If you choose to pay with Payment Request, we will send a bank payment request to your smartphone at our location. We do not charge any costs for cash or payment request payments.

PayPal (Bank and Credit Card)
With PayPal you can pay safely and quickly via your own bank account or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express or DISCOVER). During checkout you can choose the PayPal payment method in step 5. After you have confirmed your purchase in step 6, you will be redirected to PayPal's secure and familiar payment environment. There you can pay with your existing PayPal account by logging in with your email address and password. In the PayPal payment environment you can also choose to pay with your credit card.

When paying via PayPal, shippable products automatically qualify for PayPal Purchase Protection and you are protected if, for example, the product is not received. You can read the terms and conditions for PayPal Buyer Protection on the PayPal website.

To keep our product prices as low as possible and transparent, we partly pass on our payment costs for paying with PayPal to you. Your payment costs when using PayPal are 3.0% of the total invoice value.

Bancontact / Mister Cash
Bancontact / Mister Cash is a bank payment method used in Belgium that allows you to pay in your own safe and trusted banking environment from your bank. Bancontact / Mister Cash is comparable to iDEAL for the Netherlands. You can choose Bancontact / Mister Cash during checkout in step 5. As soon as you have confirmed your purchase in step 6, you will be redirected to a secure and familiar banking environment.

We do not charge payment costs for paying with Bancontact / Mister Cash. We use the services of TargetPay for Bancontact / Mister Cash.

SOFORT Banking
SOFORT Banking is a bank payment method for Germany, Switzerland and Austria. With this payment method you can pay in a secure and familiar banking environment. SOFORT Banking is comparable to iDEAL for the Netherlands. We do not charge payment costs for SOFORT Banking. We use the services of TargetPay for SOFORT Banking.

Gift voucher, discount code, savings points and store credit
If you have received a gift voucher or discount code, you can enter the gift voucher or discount code during checkout in step 5. In step 6 you will see that the gift voucher or discount has been processed. You can also enter the gift voucher or discount code in advance by viewing your shopping cart and choosing there to use your gift voucher or discount code. The amount of the gift voucher or discount will then be deducted from the amount of your order in your shopping cart. You can still add products to your shopping cart afterwards. The gift voucher or discount will then be automatically reapplied.  

Finally
You can read all the provisions that apply to payment in our general terms and conditions. This states, among other things, that you have the obligation to immediately report any inaccuracies in payment details provided to us and that we reserve the right not to accept a payment method you have chosen.

The costs indicated above for the payment methods include 21% VAT. No VAT is charged for consumers outside the EU and, under certain conditions, also not for business customers outside the Netherlands. 

During checkout you can make any comments regarding your order.
