The app makes it possible to receive notifications about alarms and events, view live video streams (if cameras are integrated) and check the status of all security devices. The app provides detailed event information and is easy to manage across multiple devices and users.

Possibilities

The Ajax Transmitter is a module to connect wired detectors or devices to the Ajax alarm system. You can fully deploy these devices within the security group using the Ajax Transmitter. This concerns devices and detectors with an NC/NO contact type, such as outdoor motion sensors. Motion sensors that are suitable for outdoor use with NC/NO contact type can be found under 'Options'.

The Ajax Transmitter works together with the central Hub within an open space of 1600 meters. The Ajax Transmitter receives information from the external devices or detectors via the wired connection. These signals connect the transmitter directly to the Ajax Hub, so that the users of the Ajax system are immediately informed. Transmission to the Hub is done via the Jeweler radio protocol.
The Ajax Transmitter supports eight events for the connected devices: burglary, fire, extra alarm, panic button, gas alarm, malfunction, leaks and custom events. The type of event also determines the action that follows.

The Ajax Transmitter comes with three batteries with an expected lifespan of up to five years.
