Ajax offers a free app with its products that communicates with the central hub, to which up to fifty users and a hundred devices can be connected. The app makes it possible to receive notifications about alarms and events, view live video streams (if cameras are integrated) and check the status of all security devices. The app provides detailed event information and is easy to manage across multiple devices and users.

Possibilities

The Ajax ReX Repeater White provides signal amplification and thus expands the area to be protected. This indoor wireless signal booster can expand the area of the central Hub. You can compare it with WI-FI amplifiers within a household. By expanding five ReX signal amplifiers, the area to be protected can be expanded to thirty-five square kilometers. The Ajax security system is also the ideal security for multi-storey buildings, parking garages and large factories. The Ajax ReX Repeater White must always be connected directly to a Hub, within 1800 meters of an open area.

The Ajax ReX Repeater White can communicate with a large part of the Ajax range at a distance of 1800 meters. The delivery of the alarms does not cause any delay when using the Ajax ReX Repeater White and therefore takes approximately 0.3 seconds. The system has a powerful processor and can run on a backup battery for up to thirty-five hours after the power is turned off. Thanks to the OS Malevich software, the Ajax ReX Repeater White is highly resistant to software attacks, hardware attacks, viruses or exploits. When the housing is sabotaged, the Ajax ReX Repeater White sends a signal to the central Hub.

The Ajax ReX 2 Repeater White has the major advantage over the Ajax ReX Repeater that the Ajax ReX 2 Repeater White can work together with the MotionCam, MotionCam PhOD and the MotionCam Outdoor. The photos are processed within twenty seconds. This depends with which values photos are sent and the condition is that the Hub is connected to the internet. The 'Photo on request' function can cause a delay of up to three seconds.
In addition to the radio signal, the Ajax ReX 2 Repeater White also works on an Ethernet connection, allowing the cable to serve as a (second) communication channel. This can contribute to buildings with thick walls or underground spaces.

The Ajax ReX 2 Repeater White can be powered with an Ajax 6V PSU, Ajax 12V-24V PSU or a 110-240 V connection.

This product consists of the Ajax ReX Repeater White, including power cable and a mounting panel for a possible bracket. The corresponding bracket can be added under 'Options'.
