The app makes it possible to receive notifications about alarms and events, view live video streams (if cameras are integrated) and check the status of all security devices. The app provides detailed event information and is easy to manage across multiple devices and users.

Possibilities

The Ajax Hub PLUS Black functions wirelessly between Ajax's other security equipment. This central unit is the point that communicates with the free Ajax application. The app makes it easy to manage the security system and monitor your space. Every twelve seconds the Hub checks the functionality of the detectors.
The other components of the Ajax security system are connected to the central hub within a distance of 2000 meters in an open area. The hub reports the alarms to the user via push notifications, text message or telephone call in a few milliseconds.

The Ajax Hub White works on a LAN connection and has a 2G GSM option as a backup. After a power outage, the hub continues to operate on battery backup for approximately 15 hours. If the power supply is accidentally removed, the 85 decibel alarm is activated.
The Ajax Hub PLUS Black supports up to 150 devices and has tamper protection. In addition, the Ajax Hub Black is protected against viruses at software level.
With this model there is no guaranteed confirmation of alarm messages and visual alarm verifications because this model does not yet have a Jeweler and Wings radio protocol. This model only has Jeweler as the radio protocol. The Ajax Hub Black does not support scenarios based on temperature, humidity and CO₂ concentration.

The main differences between the Ajax Hub and the Ajax Hub PLUS are the fact that the Ajax Hub Plus has WI-FI, two SIM card slots and can connect fifty more devices. In addition, the Ajax Hub PLUS offers the option of connecting five signal amplifiers, which can significantly increase the range. In addition, it is possible to add fifty users.
