Description

The Hikvision DS-KD8003-IME1(B)/SURFACE is a camera module with a Full HD 2 megapixel 146 degree fisheye lens complete with a surface-mounted housing and a front panel for use in the Hikvision second generation IP intercom system.

The system is completed with one or more intercom within monitor(s). An audio/video conversation with push notifications via the Hikvision smartphone app is also possible.

Characteristics

The camera has a 2 megapixel Full HD image sensor with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels and a wide horizontal viewing angle of 146 degrees. Thanks to the Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) technology, the camera can handle backlight very well.

The camera is equipped with a light-sensitive image sensor, which provides a good color image even in conditions with little ambient light. For dark conditions, the camera module is equipped with infrared LED light.

The camera module must be combined with one or more matching Hikvision intercom indoor monitors. There is a push button and a nameplate on the camera module. A maximum of 6 monitors can be used.

The camera module has an omni-directional microphone and 85dB speaker for a clear audio/video conversation. The camera module can be connected to a maximum of 2 electric locks to remotely unlock a door and/or control an electric gate, for example. The camera module has two alarm inputs for magnetic contacts and two inputs for exit buttons.

The camera module must be assembled with the supplied housing and front panel. Material for mounting is included. The camera module is connected to the local network with 1 network cable and can be powered with standard 802.3af PoE from a PoE switch or with a 12VDC/1A power supply (not included).
