The Dahua IPC-HDBW2431R-ZS-S2 is a 4 megapixel Full HD dome camera with infrared night vision and a motorized varifocal lens for indoors or outdoors. The camera is very suitable for use in homes, offices, restaurants, hotels and business premises.

Possibilities

The Dahua IPC-HDBW2431R-ZS-S2 displays images in a Full HD 2688×1520 resolution. The camera has a built-in automatic IR-cut filter, making it a real day/night camera. In dark conditions, the camera can switch on the built-in IR lighting, which provides a razor-sharp image even in complete darkness (0 Lux). The IR lighting has a range of no less than 30 meters. The camera has 120dB Wide Dynamic Range (WDR), which allows the camera to handle complex lighting conditions very well, such as backlight from the sun or car headlights.

The motorized adjustable 2.7 to 13.5mm varifocal lens makes it possible to remotely focus the camera on a distant or close image. By zooming in and out, the angle of view varies between 104 and 28 degrees.

Images can be stored on a Network Video Recorder (NVR), among other things. Suitable NVRs are listed under the “Related” tab. The camera also has the option to record in the camera on a microSD memory card up to a maximum of 128 GB.

Dahua has a free Dutch app available for Apple iOS and Android. The camera has an internal web server that can be viewed and managed using a web browser. Video Management Software (VMS) for a computer can be downloaded for free from the Dahua website. The “Documentation” tab includes a link to the manufacturer's product page.

De Dahua IPC-HDBW2431R-ZS-S2 heeft een IP67 rating waardoor de camera uitermate geschikt is voor gebruik buiten. Voor installatiegemak kan de camera via de netwerkkabel worden gevoed met Power over Ethernet (standaard 802.3af POE). PoE kan worden verkregen door een PoE NVR, een PoE switch of met een PoE injector. De camera kan ook worden gevoed met een optionele 12V voeding adapter.

Onder het tabblad opties kan worden aangegeven of een adapter moet worden meegeleverd. De camera is verstelbaar over 3 assen en daardoor ook zeer geschikt om verticaal tegen een wand te plaatsen. De camera is vandaalbestendig (IK10 rating).
