The WL4 EOC-EXT-200 is a passive Ethernet over Coax (EoC) externalizer/converter for IP signal over analog (RG59) coaxial cable. The extender/transceiver has a BNC coaxial connector and an RJ45 connector. The EOC-EXT-200 is supplied as a set of 2 pieces.

Each extender/transceiver has an RJ45 Ethernet connector and a BNC connector for the coaxial cable over which the signal runs. The maximum distance between transceivers is 200 meters with RG59 cable and 250 meters with RG6 cable. The transmission speed is 10 Mbps maximum. Both extenders/transceivers are passive and do not require external power. The maximum distance of the network cable for the end devices (such as an IP camera) must be shorter than 1 meter.
