The Dahua IMOU Doorbell Wired is a small WiFi video doorbell with a Full HD 2MP camera and PIR motion detection. The doorbell has infrared night vision and the option to record images on a microSD card (not included). A subscription is possible but not necessary.

Possibilities

The DB11 has a 2 megapixel image sensor for razor-sharp Full HD images and has a high-quality microphone and speaker for a clear conversation between the doorbell and the mobile app. With the smartphone connected to the internet, an audio/video conversation can be had with someone at the door anywhere in the world. The doorbell has a PIR motion sensor for accurate motion detection. The PIR sensor can be set in three zones and with an adjustable range. As soon as motion is detected, a push notification is sent to the smartphone. The DB11 has infrared night vision up to a maximum of 5 meters. The horizontal angle of view is 140 degrees.

The DB11 can be connected wirelessly to the separately available Dahua DS11 indoor bell. The DB11 can also be connected by wire to an (existing) mechanical or electronic bell. The DB11 is managed and used with the free IMOU app (iOS and Android). This app also sets up the DB11 for the WiFi network for the first time. It is possible to share the doorbell with multiple users. Motion detection snapshots can be recorded to a microSD card (not included) in the DB11. Motion detection snapshots can also be recorded in the Lechange cloud with a paid Lechange subscription. Video footage and snapshots can be recorded manually with the app and stored on the microSD card. Snapshots and video images can be saved from the microSD card to the smartphone or shared with email, for example. Video images can also be recorded with a Network Video Recorder (NVR) or, for example, with Synology Surveillance Station on a Synology NAS.

The DB11 must be powered with a 12-24VDC or 16-24VAC adapter. A power adapter is not included. Suitable power supplies are listed under the “Options” tab. Material for connecting wiring is included. We recommend using a female DC connector if a power supply is used with a DC connector. A female DC connector is included under the “Related” tab. A mounting bracket, screwdriver, mounting hardware and a power regulator for connecting to an existing mechanical or electronic bell are included.
