The Dahua IPC-HDW5442TP-ZE is a Full HD 4 megapixel eyeball Starlight WizMind with a very light-sensitive image sensor and 40 meters infrared night vision, built-in microphone, 140db WDR, PoE power supply and microSD recording option for indoors or outdoors.

Possibilities

The Dahua IPC-HDW5442TP-ZE displays images in a Full HD 2688×1520 resolution. The camera has a motorized varifocal lens. The camera has Dahua Starlight Technology, making it ideal for applications with challenging lighting conditions. Thanks to the highly light-sensitive image sensor, the camera still delivers a usable color image with a minimum of ambient light, even in almost complete darkness (0.003 lux).

The camera has a built-in automatic day/night IR cut filter and can also switch on the built-in IR lighting in dark conditions, providing a razor-sharp image even in complete darkness (0 Lux). The IR lighting has a very large range of no less than 40 meters. The camera has 140dB Wide Dynamic Range (WDR), which allows the camera to handle complex lighting conditions very well, such as backlight from the sun or car headlights.

Images can be stored on a Network Video Recorder (NVR), among other things. The camera also has the option to record in the camera on a microSD memory card up to a maximum of 256Gb (not included). The camera has a built-in microphone.

Dahua has a free Dutch app available for Apple iOS and Android. The camera has an internal web server that can be viewed and managed using a web browser. Video Management Software (VMS) for a computer can be downloaded for free from the Dahua website. The “Documentation” tab includes a link to the manufacturer's product page.

De Dahua IPC-HDW5442TP-ZE heeft een IP67 rating waardoor de camera uitermate geschikt is voor gebruik buiten. Voor installatiegemak kan de camera via de netwerkkabel worden gevoed met Power over Ethernet (standaard 802.3af P0E). PoE kan worden verkregen door een PoE NVR, een PoE switch of met een PoE injector. De camera kan ook worden gevoed met een optionele 12V voeding adapter.

Under the 'Options' tab you can indicate whether an adapter and/or Dahua mounting bracket should be included. The camera is adjustable over 3 axes and therefore very suitable for placing vertically against a wall.
